Emerald Forest Clubhouse And Swimming Pool

The EFHA facilities located at 8600 Appomattox in Emerald Forest are available for rent by members of the Emerald Forest Homeowners Association who are in good standing. The Clubhouse and pool can be rented separately or together. The charges are as follows:

The facilities can only be rented by an owner/member of EFHA. The renter, as the responsible party, must be present during the time of the planned party. The renter is responsible for any damages done to the property of the Emerald Forest Homeowners Association. The renter is responsible for the actions of their guest. A $100.00 deposit is required, which will be returned when the facility has passed inspection following the planned event.

Rules For Facility Rental Emerald Forest Homeowners Association

  1. The clubhouse and pool can be rented separately or together.
  2. The clubhouse can be rented between the hours of 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  3. The pool can only be rented exclusively between the hours of 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.
  4. There must be a certified lifeguard on duty at any time the Pool is rented. You will be charged extra for the lifeguard. The lifeguard will be an employee of EFHA.
  5. You will be charged for the rental, which must be paid in advance.
  6. You will also be charged a deposit fee which will be returned after the Manager has made an inspection of the facilities.
  7. The deposit will be returned if there are no violations on the Checkout List, the facility is found in good condition, and the key/s are returned.
  8. No cooking is allowed inside the pool area.
  9. No alcohol is allowed on EFHA Clubhouse premises, including parking lot, pool area, tennis court and all adjacent areas.
  10. No decorating is allowed more than 8 feet above the surface of the ground.
  11. All clubhouse furniture is to remain inside the building.
  12. All tables and chairs must be returned to their proper place in the store room 13. All outside furniture must be properly placed.
  13. DO NOT RAISE THE BLINDS. They are extremely heavy and may break. Leave the blinds in the open position when the party is over. This is a request from our securitycompany.
  14. Use of the tennis courts is not included in the rental agreement.
  15. DO NOT TOUCH ANY PART OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM. This includes the cameras and floodlights on the front of the building.
  16. Anything you bring with you must go home with you. Do not leave anything in the refrigerator. Please do not leave your extra plates and drink cups.
  17. All trash must be removed from the building. If the trash bill on the curb is full, then you must take the overflow from your party home with you. Do not leave it outside the bin on the curb.
  18. An trash containers must be returned to their original locations.
  19. Fresh trash bags are to be placed in the containers. You will find these under the kitchen sink.
  20. The floor is to be swept clean and mopped if your guests have spilled anything.
  21. The refrigerator should be wiped of any spillage.
  22. The kitchen counters and sinks are to be cleaned.
  23. The small chrome lamp is to be properly plugged in to the timer and then into the wall plug. This is part of our security system.
  24. The inside restrooms should be left as found. Please empty the trash cans and restock the paper products if necessary .You will find fresh paper products under each sink in each restroom.

The EFHA Board retains the right to change these rules at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to rent the facilities for any event determined to be contrary to the best interest of the Emerald Forest Homeowners Association.
